It’s weird how I haven’t been bringing a camera around with me.

Yesterday was a good day, and I’d prolly feel better about it if I had pictures to prove (to myself) that yes, it happened. That I stepped foot outside my home after a long while (life of the unemployed + financially challenged, you guys). I’d usually post this sort of thing in my other blog (lol), but no photos so…no.

What went down yesterday:

• Drove around with a friend and had some good vegetarian noodles before hitting a sale for her early Christmas shopping.
• Tea time at CBTL.
• Saw El secreto de sus ojos (The Secret in their Eyes) at the Spanish Film Festival and loved it. It got dragging at times, but there’s no doubt that it was amazingly done (storyline and cinematography-wise), and the repartee was great. Sandoval was my favourite character.
• Made like a bunch of hobos with my friends and became sidewalk drunks for the night. And I ate overpriced isaw at Mercato (I mean, seriously. I experienced UP, ok!).
• Feelings ensued. Omg.

We’re gonna do it again next weekend. I will bring a camera with me.

My friend tweeted me that someone apparently wrote a Missed Connection about me. It’s kinda flattering, but the way it was written just makes it come off more…creepy. It was very specific, and all that was left was for him to mention, idk, the distracting pimple on my face (so high school lol). Though he did apologise for coming off stalkerish…

If only it was a bit more vague, maybe I could still deny that it was me lol

Today (or yesterday by PHI time?) was craaaaazy. Almost fainted (AGAIN)…but that shouldn’t come as a shock, should it? I honestly don’t fare well under ridiculously warm weather. Especially when I’m wearing somebody else’s thick jumper.

Let us hope tomorrow night (or should I say later) will do my system much better.

I’ve to go to two events later (and with all honesty, I don’t really enjoy these things haha). The first is a fashion show by Mango and theme is ‘luxe grunge’ (or whatever). And there’s the Garage Magazine party to go to afterwards. Theme is ‘80’s B-Boy’.

…and they are on opposite sides of the spectrum, aren’t they? Oh well. I don’t really stick to themes, anyway. And thank goodness they are in the same area.

The things I do for money hahaha

I have them. Probably. Haha. But I’d rather keep them to myself most of the time, you know? Besides, I’m rubbish with words.

Also, ack. I really am not good with sweets, huh? Can’t finish this chocolate ice cream cone I’m eating to battle this oppressing 32 degree weather. Then again, I don’t like chocolate flavoured anything unless it is chocolate itself. Give me vanilla or strawberry ice cream any time :]

I want to post them but my scanner doesn’t work. And if it did…well, I hate inking my drawings and a lot of the lighter pencil lines won’t register on screen. Sigh.
